Is it legal to geolocate a third party?

Mygeo is fully legal and complies with CNIL recommendations. Mygeo cannot operate without the third party‘s consent to geolocation.

What types of phone are compatible?

Mygeo works on all phones with an internet connection.

How accurate is Mygeo ?

Our service gives you the exact location with a precision of between 1 and 6 metres.

How long does it take?

The third party will receive a text message within 2 minutes, and you will be notified immediately after the third party has given their consent to be geolocated.

Mygeo fonctionne-t-il si le téléphone du tiers est éteint ?

The third party‘s phone must be switched on for the tracking to work. However, as soon as it is switched on, the geolocation messages will be received.

How much does mobile phone geolocation cost?

You will pay €47.90 per month for an unlimited service. The subscription will renew automatically, but there is no commitment and it can be cancelled at any time.

Is my information secure?

Your anonymity is important to us.The geographical location of the third party is sent via a secure TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and is not visible to other people. Your personal information and identity are not shared with anyone.

How can I cancel my subscription?
